Marco Beach Ocean Resort is a Four-Diamond All-Suite resort featuring dining, spa and fitness center, pool and hot tub, rooftop gardens and four miles of white sand beach. The Resort offers several dining options, from casual fare to fine dining.

Marco Beach Ocean Resort has six restaurants on the property. Sale e Pepe serves Italian food in a fine dining setting; The Saletta offers a café style experience for breakfast, lunch, and happy hour; The Terrance provides a more casual atmosphere with beautiful views of the Gulf coast. In addition, the resort contains the Toulouse Lounge, the Poolside Bar, and the Beachfront Bar and Grill.

 

Marco Beach Ocean Resort is looking for 3 female Food & Beverage participants to start in late November/early December. Food and Beverage participants will be paid a minimum of $12.94/hour with tips.

 

Housing will be arranged by a local realtor at an estimated cost of $560/month. A $400 security deposit is due upon arrival. Distance from work site varies (typically 1-3 miles), but it is typically close enough that participants bike to/from work, shopping, etc.

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is located in Fort Myers, Florida. The property offers guests access to views of a 37-acre freshwater lake, two beautiful golf courses, delicious food and a luxury lifestyle. The property is the midst of an extensive remodel that will enhance the experience for their members and guests.

 

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is looking for 8 Food & Beverage participants to start by November 1, 2016 and end their program on May 1, 2017.

 

Food and Beverage participants will be paid $12/hour.

 

Housing will be arranged by Premier Housing Solutions at a cost of approximately $140/week. A $400 security deposit is due upon arrival. Distance from work site varies, but it is typically close enough that participants bike to/from work, shopping, etc.

The Cheeca Lodge & Spa is located in the Florida Keys on Islamorada. The Cheeca Lodge & Spa is known as a luxury destination for serious anglers. In addition to the amazing fishing opportunities available to guests, the property features three first class restaurants, a stunning golf course, a relaxing spa, and incredible ocean front views.

 

Cheeca Lodge & Spa is looking for Food and Beverage and Culinary participants to start between December 2016 and October 2017. Program length varies from 6 months to 1 year based on start date.

 

Culinary participants will be paid $11-13/hour. Food and Beverage participants will be paid $5.03 plus tips to $9/hour.

 

Housing is provided by the host company at the cost of approximately $80/week. Participants will be charged a $150 deposit that will be payroll deducted. The housing is located on property and consists of bunk bed style rooms with a kitchenette and bathroom.

1500 South and Celebrity Chef, Art Smith

Chef Art Smith, a two-time James Beard Award recipient, cookbook author, and executive chef and co-owner of six restaurants across the United States is launching a new restaurant, 1500 South, at Naples Bay Resort in spring 2016. Chef Smith is best known to Americans from his TV appearances on Top Chef and alongside Oprah Winfrey. Interns/Trainees selected for the program will have the opportunity to train alongside Chef Smith- a once in a lifetime opportunity that is not to be missed.

 

Naples Bay Resort is looking for 4 Culinary participants and 2 Food & Beverage participants to start by March 15, 2016.
