1. Country Club of Florida

The Country Club of Florida is located in Village of Golf, Florida. The property offers guests access to a beautiful golf course, world class dining facilities and social amenities.

The Country Club of Florida is looking for 4 Food & Beverage participants to start by October 1, 2016 and end their program on May 15, 2017.

Participants will be paid $11/hour with an opportunity to get a raise to $12/hour based on performance.

Housing is $75-$100 per week and will be arranged by the sponsor.

The hiring team is looking for enthusiastic and positive candidates with strong work ethics and good conversational English.

 

2. Naples Bay Resort

Naples Bay Resort is a AAA Four Diamond boutique waterfront resort located in Naples, Florida. Located only 5 minutes from downtown Naples, the resort features four restaurants, five swimming pools including a meandering lazy river, full service luxury spa,state-of-the-art fitness center and tennis courts, a 97 slip marina with boat, kayak, stand up paddle boards and bike rentals and a sundeck with cabanas.

Chef Art Smith, a two-time James Beard Award recipient, cookbook author, and executive chef and co-owner of six restaurants across the United States is launching a new restaurant, 1500 South, at Naples Bay Resort in spring 2016. Chef Smith is best known to Americans from his TV appearances on Top Chef and alongside Oprah Winfrey. Interns/Trainees selected for the program will have the opportunity to train alongside Chef Smith- a once in a lifetime opportunity that is not to be missed.

Naples Bay Resort is looking for 3 Culinary participants and 5 Food & Beverage participants to start by November 1st, 2016 and their program by May 13th, 2017.

Culinary participants will be paid $12/hour and Food and Beverage participants will be paid a minimum of $10/hour.

Housing will be arranged by Premier Housing Solutions at a cost of $140/week. A $400 security deposit is due upon arrival. Distance from work site varies, but it is typically close enough that participants bike to/from work, shopping, etc.

3. The Club at Admirals Cove

The Club at Admirals Cove is located in Jupiter, Florida. The property offers guests access to stunning waterfront views, beautiful golf courses, delicious food and a luxury lifestyle.

The Club at Admirals Cove is looking for 5 Food & Beverage participants to start by October 1, 2016 and end their program on May 13, 2017.

Food and Beverage participants will be paid $10/hour.

Housing is provided by the host company at $165/week. Transportation to/from work will be provided. In addition, The Club at Admirals Cove offers one complimentary meal during work hours.

4. Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is located in Fort Myers, Florida. The property offers guests access to views of a 37-acre freshwater lake, two beautiful golf courses, delicious food and a luxury lifestyle. The property is the midst of an extensive remodel that will enhance the experience for their members and guests.

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is looking for 8 Food & Beverage participants to start by November 1, 2016 and end their program on May 1, 2017.

Food and Beverage participants will be paid $12/hour.

1. Location: Chicago, IL  Type: Fine Dining restaurant

Program area: Culinary. Rotations include: Garde Manger, Main Kitchen, Kitchen Supervision.

No. of positions: 2  Duration: 12 months Pay rate: $12.00 per hour

Required qualifications: Trainee candidates only.

Housing information: Estimated cost: $500-$800/month per person, double occupancy.

 

2. Location: Chicago, IL  Type: 5 star luxury hotel

Program area: Front Desk Management; Rotations include: front desk, concierge, spa desk, and Club level

No. of positions: 3 Duration: 5 months Pay rate: TBD, during training hours, all meals are included

Required qualifications: Trainee candidates only.

Housing information: Estimated cost: $500-$800/month per person, double occupancy.

 

 

3.  Location: Stowe, VT  Type: 4,5 star luxury hotel

Program area: Front Desk Management; Rotations include: operations,management, Guest Service, and Concierge

No. of positions: 2 Duration: 12 months, winter start date  Pay rate: $12.00 per hour

Required qualifications: Hospitality experience required.

Housing information: Estimated cost will be provided as soon as possible.

 

 

4. Location: Kansas City, MO  Type: 4 star luxury hotel

Program area: Culinary. Rotations include: Banquet kitchen, culinary, management and pastry

No. of positions: 3  Duration: 12 months

Pay rate: $11.25 per hour

Required qualifications: Culinary experience required.

Housing information: Estimated cost: $500-$700/month per person, double occupancy.

 

 

5. Location: Braselton, GA Position: Fine dining restaurant

Program area: Culinary rotations

No. of positions: 5+  Duration: 12 months

Pay rate: $10 per hour

Required qualifications: Trainee candidates only.

Housing information: 2 weeks free housing provided by Host Company. Estimated cost: $400-$600/month per person, double occupancy.
