1. Location: St. Louis, MO,  5 star luxury hotel and restaurant. 

Program area: Pastry  

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate:  $13.82-$14.92 per hour (depending on experience)

Required qualifications: Degree or 5 years’ experience in the pastry field required. Excellent English only.

Housing info: Find your own. Leads provided. Estimated cost per month: $350 -$400/month per person, double occupancy.

2. Location:  Cambridge, MD,  4 star luxury hotel and restaurant

Program area:  Culinary. Rotations include: garde manger, hot, pastry, banquets

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate:  $10.00 per hour

Required qualifications: Degree or 5 years’ experience in the pastry field required. Excellent English only.

Housing info: Find your own. Leads provided. Estimated cost per month: $325 -$400/month per person, double occupancy.

3. Location: Chicago, IL,  4 star luxury hotel 

Program area: Hotel Management. Rotations include: front desk, guest services, and housekeeping

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate:  $12.00 per hour

Required qualifications:  Trainee candidates only (must have degree + 1 years’ experience OR 5 years’ experience in industry)

Housing info: Find your own. Leads provided. Estimated cost per month: $500 -$800/month per person, double occupancy.

4. Location: Chicago, IL, Fine dining restaurant

Program area: Culinary. Rotations include:  Garde Manger, Main Kitchen, Kitchen Supervision

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate:  $12.00 per hour
